Backwards – The Movie
The ODM Group launched the website for the movie “Backwards” in November 2011. The movie “Backwards” is to be released in the Summer of 2012. The movie is a sports romance following a fiercely competitive rower who fails to make the Olympic boat, takes a coaching job at school where her boss is also her ex-boyfriend, and struggles to adjust to life off the race course. Starring Sarah Megan Thomas, James Van Der Beek and Margaret Colin, “Backwards” was filmed in Philadelphia, produced by Sarah Thomas and directed by Ben Hickernell.

The website, BackwardsTheMovie.com is a dynamic flash site that provides easy and instant information about the film, cast, and crew and featured articles. The website was designed with a unique and user friendly navigation and includes highly creative images optimized for faster loading of pages. The creative direction incorporates movie scenes as elements of the website so that when you navigate to different pages you get a feel for what the movie has to offer. In addition to the website, The ODM Group was delighted to host the “Backwards” team in our editing suites for 3 months of editing using Final Cut Pro. It has been a pleasure working with Sarah Thomas and her team. We look forward to celebrating the success of the film in coming months.
