As a result of his company’s IPO, Mark Zuckerberg became one of the youngest CEOs ever this week, and decided to celebrate by marrying his long time girlfriend Priscilla Chan. The wedding was very private, taking place at his home in Paolo Alto, California.
Guests invited to the ceremony were quite surprised, as they thought they were attending Ms. Chan’s medical school graduation.
Facebook’s IPO did not launch as smoothly as planned, with stock down about 8% today. A glitch in NASDAQ’s trading system Friday that caused a 30 minute delay could be to blame. We will see what Facebook has planned for the near future, and if they regain momentum in the market.
